Useful conversations need a clear job to do.
Businesses wanted to use WhatsApp as a practical customer channel, but generic chatbots struggled to stay focused, connect to existing customer data or support a repeatable campaign process.
I shaped FewzenAI around goal-oriented agents: each agent could be configured for a specific business purpose, informed by customer context and measured against the outcomes the business cared about.
What I built
A platform for creating, running and improving agents.

I built a dashboard where teams could design and run targeted WhatsApp campaigns, schedule activity and manage the conversation journey.
Integration and insight
I connected CRM and contact data to the platform, with analytics to help teams monitor activity, understand performance and improve the approach.

I combined AI customisation with workflow automation and operational visibility. My emphasis was not just on producing a convincing reply, but on giving the business control over how agents behaved and how campaigns were evaluated.
That meant I designed for high volumes of interactions, reliable integration with existing customer systems, and a dashboard that made it possible to adjust strategy in real time.
