A customer needs a quote. Your team has everything it needs to get started. But first, someone has to copy the details into a spreadsheet, find an approver and update the CRM.

Sometimes AI earns its place.
Reading documents, drafting a response or working with unstructured information can be useful AI jobs. I check quality, cost and human oversight before relying on it.
